     This new building is located in the heart of the Niagara Falls residential district.

This 10,000 sq. ft. project includes:

Gymnasium with basketball court

Locker rooms
Stage for theatrical performances

Commercial kitchen
Library Conference and 3 multi-purpose rooms
Offices

     Recognizing that public housing projects have many unique challenges to consider in designing a new facility, most namely budget and long term planning, Scheid Architectural’s design team has worked closely with the Housing Authority from project inception to completion to ensure that the project will not exceed budget and to also ensure that long range goals are considered in the building design.
