Medina Ohio Facility

This project included the conversion of the former Bliss and Laughlin steel fabricating facility for use as the new Ohio FBC plant. The program included rehabilitation of the building to accommodate the new H3 use classification as well as substantial modifications to the high bay area to be utilized as outside bulk solvent storage.

Scheid Architectural acted on behalf of Owner in all areas of the project including Equipment purchase assistance, Construction Management, and Engineering coordination. The program includes Rail, Tanker, and Bulk filling, as well as more traditional warehousing and distribution activities.
