New Buffalo Facility
 

     This new manufacturing and corporate office facility was awarded to our firm as a member of a Design-Build Team after working with the Owner as agent on the preliminary Design of the facility. We were given the notice to proceed at the end of March, 2000 and construction began on May 1, 2000 on this 240,000 sf facility.

     The program on this project continued to change throughout the eight month construction schedule requiring Scheid Architectural to be on site an a daily basis to answer questions and coach the subcontractors on numerous integration and Owner requested change directives, some given the day an item was to be installed.
