Orchard Park Expansion
     This project was required to improve the manufacturing operations of the existing facility, and included a 30,000 sf addition to relocate a class of CNC equipment. The expansion included additional and relocated parking, materials handling improvements, storm water retention re-design, and vehicular circulation revisions.

     Special care was focused in the area of Site and Fenestration given the desire to maintain the “park-like” environment of the site and the proprietary design of the pre-cast wall panels. Re-use of the concrete wall panels required special dimensional detail due to the change in thickness required by the manufacturer.
