As an architect for Five Star Bank (formerly Wyoming County Bank), Scheid Architectural has been charged with several projects. These projects range from renovation of existing branches to the design and construction management of several new facilities.

New Erie County Banking Facilities
As part of Wyoming County Bank expansion into Erie County and a renewed commitment to customer service, design and construction of several banking facilities have taken place. Scheid Architectural has design facilities for East Aurora, Orchard Park and Amherst. Increasing the banks presence in Erie County from one to four facilities in a period of 3 years.

New Orchard Park Branch
This new prototype was a ground-up facility designed and constructed in the Crossroads Center Plaza in Orchard park New York. The bank was designed to highlight the bank's community oriented image. Scheid Architectural acted as the banks agent by providing the traditional A/E services, as well as Project Management Services to permit construction and occupancy of the facility within four months of permit issuance. Scheid Architectural was responsible for the budget, and completed the project 7% below the approved budget.

New Amherst Branch
This branch is modified prototype of the ground up facility designed for Orchard Park approximately 4500sf. The facility is designed to provide Wyoming County Banks standard banking services and well as facilitate the growing use of the Bank's parent companies investment banking services.

Branch Renovations
Along with the construction of the new facilities Scheid Architectural has performed several Branch Renovations as part of the bank's commitment to the communities it serves.

The Main Branch Renovation project in Warsaw addressed a range of issues from reorganization of work stations and information resources to presenting a new image of the Bank's commitment to Customer Service. Main features of the design include a vaulted teller queue area, a refurbished teller line, new check desk and reception desk and a reconfigured customer service area. Special attention was paid to the detailing, including new pendant and cove lighting fixtures, tile and carpet patterns and colors, and matching woodwork among new doors, casework and the furniture system. In addition to the interior renovation a facade renovation project was recently undertaken to make the branch better fit into the street scale of Warsaw.
